How to Care for Memory Foam

Allow 24 hours for the memory foam to fluff, or toss it in the dryer for 20 minutes. All pillows are fully machine washable and will return to their original shape as they dry. Sleeping Position Recommendations

Side sleepers need a thicker pillow to support the space between head and neck. Try your pillow as-is, then add or remove filling as needed.

Back sleepers need a pillow that doesn't arch the neck or allow it to sink deeply. Remove 1/4 of your pillow's filling.

Stomach sleepers need a thin pillow to prevent the head and neck from being too elevated. Remove 1/3 of your pillow's filling.
